Both plans check every connected marketplace for sales and delist everywhere else automatically. Priority sync is how often that check runs: Pro is checked 3x more often than Starter. In practice a sale is noticed within about 5 minutes on Pro and about 15 minutes on Starter - on both plans the delist is queued the moment the sale is detected.
