Cross-listing that stays in sync

It sold an hour ago. It is still listed somewhere.

That gap is where refunds, cancellations and account strikes come from - and it is the part cross-listing tools are worst at. Omnidara closes it automatically: minutes after an item sells on one marketplace, every other listing for it comes down.

Omnidara is in beta: it is in active testing with a small number of sellers.

Two things you can check before you pay

Auto-delist is on every plan, including the cheapest

The feature that prevents double-selling is not an upgrade here. It is on both plans - because a tool that lets you double-sell on its entry tier has not solved the problem, it has priced it.

For comparison: List Perfectly's published pricing table marks automatic delisting as included only on Pro Plus, its $99+ tier, and excluded on Simple, Business and Pro. Checked on listperfectly.com/pricing, 20 August 2026.

Built for the EU, not adapted to it

Allegro is a first-class integration, prices are in euros, and the data protection paperwork - DPA, processor terms, erasure - exists because it had to, not as an afterthought.

For comparison: Crosslist states on its own site that it is available in the US, UK, Canada and Australia and that it does not support users residing in the European Union. Checked on crosslist.com, 20 August 2026.

8 marketplaces are live today

How the sync holds

Reliability is machinery, not an adjective.

Every marketplace write goes through the same durable queue. That is what makes the promise keepable, and it is why we can show you when it fails.

01

Detect

Connected accounts are polled on a schedule. A sale is recorded against the order id, so re-reading the same order changes nothing.

02

Fan out

One delist job is queued per remaining placement, at the highest priority in the queue - ahead of imports and routine syncs.

03

Retry

Failures back off and try again rather than disappearing. A job that cannot succeed is dead-lettered, not forgotten.

04

Surface

Whatever is queued, running or failed is on your jobs page with the actual error and a retry button.

One listing, every destination

Write the item once - title, description, price, condition, brand, SKU and photos with drag-to-reorder. Choose where it goes and publish. Per-destination overrides let one marketplace carry a different title or price without forking the item.

  • Canonical item - edit once, push the change everywhere it is live.
  • Per-destination overrides - stored on the placement, reused on every relist.
  • Category and field mapping - each marketplace's required fields, asked for once.

The failure path is a feature

Most tools show you a spinner and a success toast. Omnidara shows you the queue: what is waiting, what is running, what failed, the error the marketplace actually returned, and a button to run it again.

  • Every job visible - queued, running, failed or dead-lettered.
  • One-click retry - no support ticket to re-run your own work.
  • Told when it matters - a delist that dies raises its own alert.

Inventory and money in one place

Active, sold and ended items in a single view, with revenue by marketplace and sell-through over time - rendered server-side from your own data.

  • Revenue by marketplace - per currency, never summed across currencies.
  • Bulk relist and delist - dozens at a time, inside each marketplace's rate limits.
  • Credentials encrypted at rest - and data isolated per account.
Pricing

Auto-delist on every tier.

Annual plans get about two months free. The cheapest plan includes the feature that stops you double-selling, because that is the product.

Questions

The ones worth asking

How does auto-delist actually work?

Connected marketplaces are polled on a schedule. When a sale is detected it is recorded once, keyed on the marketplace's own order id, and a delist job is immediately queued for every other placement of that item. Those jobs run at the highest priority in the queue and retry with backoff until they succeed or dead-letter visibly.

Which marketplaces can I actually use today?

eBay, Etsy, Allegro, Shopify and Reverb - each through the marketplace's own official public API. The others listed on this page are on the roadmap and are not connected; we do not publish a date for them. We do not use browser extensions, scrapers or automated systems that drive a marketplace's website, and we do not ask for your marketplace password.

Does anything depend on my browser staying open?

No. Everything runs server-side. Close the tab, shut the laptop, go to bed - sale detection and delisting keep running.

What happens when a sync fails?

It retries with exponential backoff. If it still cannot finish, it is dead-lettered rather than dropped, and it appears on your jobs page with the error the marketplace returned and a one-click retry. A failed delist - the one that matters most - also raises its own alert.

What do I need to start?

An email address. The trial runs for 14 days with no limits and takes no card - unlimited listings and every live marketplace from the first day; you choose a plan when it ends. Cancel any time through the Stripe customer portal.

Stop finding out from the buyer.

Connect one marketplace and watch the first delist happen by itself.
